Mean Lean Soccer Playing Machine

Brayden started soccer practice last Thursday and it has to be the funniest thing ever! We are pretty much laughing the whole time at the kids and watching them run and around kicking the ball. Brayden loves it and can't wait to go to practice. He thinks he needs to go practice everyday and he puts on his shin guards SEVERAL times a day. When watching him at practice you can clearly see that he has only child syndrome. *L* Not into sharing and having people kick the ball away from him and being apart of a "group". Last night while all the team was listening to instructions from the coaches, where was our child? At the other end of the field kicking a ball around NOT paying attention AT ALL! I can't help but laugh because if you know Brayden, it is so his personality. So, if you come to watch the games and not sure which one is Brayden, he would be the one that is standing on the field with his arms crossed and his head down having a meltdown because he got knocked down or somebody kicked the ball away from him. You really just have to love, laugh and smile at him!

The field was SOAKED yesterday during practice, my feet were wet and had grass all over them. I should have worn rainboots but trying to get these swollen feet in rainboots would have been real funny since I pretty much only have 1 pair of flip flops that I can wear right now. Oh 6 days till Mollie Mae's arrival! WOOHOO

Preschool, 5 year Anniversary and 38 weeks Preggo!

Brayden has been going to preschool for a month now and I am loving the things he is learning. He has been working so hard the past 2 weeks on writing his name. He will come home and practice writing it several times a day. It's crazy to think he's old enough to be in preschool and will be starting kindergarten next year, but I really couldn't be more excited for him. He talks about going to Oki's school first then to Max's school and then the big school which would be Eli's school! :) Don't get me wrong some mornings its an act of congress to get that boy moving and in gear. Its been an adjustment for Tad and I...we are so used to staying up with him, waiting till morning to give him a bath and so forth. Well now we try to have him laid down at a certain time and have to give him a bath at night because we clearly don't have time in the mornings. Since I'm like 10 months pregnant now, its hard for me to get down in the floor and lean over the tub to bathe him so while Tad was at work last time, Brayden and I worked really hard on teaching him how to wash himself. He does really well, of course I still have to help him with some areas but overall he is doing a great job!

First day of Preschool! He was soo excited :)

Tad and I celebrated our 5th anniversary on September 5, WOW is pretty much all I can say. If you would have asked us during those first 2 years if we would make it to 5, our response probably would have been a crazy look and a "SERIOUSLY?" *LOL* We really laugh about it now and all the stupid things we went through. Let me give you a piece of advice, the reason our first 2 years of marriage were so rough is because we were faithless... which means--- we DID NOT have JESUS! I'm gonna brag because I can, but I more proud of my husband today than the day I married him! He has grown up so much and loves and lives for the Lord...something I thought that would never happen. Ya know what? Jesus Saves People! You just have to be willing to give your life over to him. Our marriage is so much stronger than it was back then and I'm so happy that Tad is now a wonderful God fearing husband and father! I'm sure ya'll catch my drift on that now :) *L* Anyway, for our anniversary we went out to eat at Mikata's in Dothan WITH Brayden! He was so excited to be going on Mommy and Daddy's anniversary date. As you know, our family of 3 is drawing to a near end, so we are eating up anytime we can with him by ourselves.

Tad and I 5 years ago?? Alot different huh?

I don't have a picture of us on our anniversary BUT I do have a picture of my feet at 36 weeks pregnant! And yes those are imprints of my sandals on my feet! Nice huh?? haha
Well today I am 38 weeks pregnant and 12 days away from our scheduled c-section! WOOOHHOOOOO, although I wish she would come today....HINT HINT MM!!! Dr. Butler is on call!!!! :))) We are all so ready to meet Mollie Mae and I'm sorry but she has overstayed her welcome and given me a run for my money the past 10 months!!! Indication of the years to come??? OH GOSH I hope not!!! lol

Here are some pictures to enjoy :)

This picture really makes me laugh....my husband thinks he is so "GANGSTA" BAHAHAHAHAA!

Our friends Shane and April had their precious and chunky baby boy on August 29. He was a big boy 9lbs 3oz :) He is the most precious boy I have seen! He has hair everywhere..reminds me of Eli when he was born.. little monkey's *L* I've gotten to see him just about every week since he's been born and hold him. MM doesn't care to much for him pushing on her while I'm holding him, but she can get over it!
