My Sweet Precious Family

Here are some pictures from the past week I just wanted to share! Enjoy!! This was before going to Andalusia for lunch with Izzy(my mom) one day.

We tried cereal for the first time by a spoon the other day and I think more of it ended up on his bib than in his tummy! It was soo funny watching his faces while we were feeding him.

Papa T and Brayden dressed alike and didn't even plan too! They were so cute though I just had to get a picture!

Landon Parker and Brayden Pierce are going to be such great friends one day like their mommy's are now! Landon is 3 months older than Brayden and Landon's mommy Nina is 3 months older than I am also! It's soo cool how things work out sometimes.

Happy 4th!

We celebrated with the family yesterday since my daddy had to go back to work this morning. We grilled hamburger, hot dogs, sausage dogs, and had plenty of other food too. It was hot outside with a very nice breeze going while we were all outside grilling and playing in the pool. I think that everybody had a great time. Brayden got in the pool a little bit but just couldn't seem to hold his eyes open very long. Bless his heart he was WORN OUT! So, we brought his swing outside and he went to sleep in his swing in the shade with his daddy and Papa T. Eli, Max, Aunt Sam, and I like to throw rings and coins in the deep end and go get them and see how many we each get. We all did really good at times(when we weren't out of breath) Eli and I would go for the same coins alot of the times and would push each other out of the way. Oki just wanted everybody to watch her jump off the ironing board(diving board) with and without her floatey's on. Trevor has gotten soo good at swimming in just a couple of weeks! I can't believe how good he has gotten. Later that night, We all get out but the kids are all still in and Tad decides to get in with them and not us! Tad and the boys take turns jumping off the diving board, and Tad throwing Oki in the water. I love watching Max dive and Eli do flips! I'm to scared to do either of them. During all of this Brayden is still sleeping most of the time. He was such a good baby for us yesteday so that we could swim. He will be 3 months Monday!I can't believe it. We are also having his 3 month pictures done Monday and some pictures of Tad and me too. I just hope that Brayden smiles pretty and is happy for us. This past week he has decided that he is just not going to nap during the day at all. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes at a time about 3 times a day! Then at night time he is screaming his head off cause he's soo tired and still doesn't want to go to sleep. I just give him a bath then he knows that its bed time then. Well I don't have my camera card with me at the moment so I don't have any new pictures to post, but I will soon! Have a safe and Happy 4th of July!

Aunt Sam got a new toy (camera) for her anniversary and took some great pictures of little man!

Brayden is 10 weeks old today and it just makes me want to cry! He has started laughing, smiling and cooing at us now. It is too sweet...He is too sweet! He had his 2month check -up last Monday and he is healthy as can be and weighs 11.15 lbs and is 22 in. long...Such a Big Boy!

The Dance Recital is over and went fantastic I must say. Cari and I had to play records this year and it was very nerve racking. We normally have all the music recorded on tapes, but were unable to this year. Next year we are going to use either CDs or an IPOD.We need to be doing a little bit of updating :) Now I'm focusing on my online courses and of course my sweet little Brayden Man!

Dance Dance Dance

Well Monday starts Dance Recital Week!WOOHOOO....I'm ready to get started and get it over with. Since Mrs. S- hasn't been there, I have alot of stress on me and have so many things to do. Thank goodness the rest of the costumes came in Wednesday! I was soo so worried that they weren't. I'm no going to know what to do being away from Brayden so much next week. I may just have to sneak away for a hour and go home and see him! :)

My Online Classes also started today. I'm not very fond of online courses, but I also didn't want to go to school this summer and leave Brayden. I just don't think he's ready to be away from his mommy and I don't think his mommy is ready to be away from him either. I don't know how I'm going to handle it starting fall when I actually go back to school! It's going to kill me I'm sure.

Brayden is getting so big and it just seems like yesterday I was going to the hospital to be induced! It makes me want to cry sometimes when I look at him and see how much bigger he is. I waited 9 months to have him and now I'm going to be going to his high school graduation before you know it. I don't understand why they have to grow up so fast. I wish Brayden could be 6 lbs 12 ozs forever!

Loving My Little Man

I can't believe that my baby boy is almost 2 months old. This is absolutley crazy, it goes by soo fast. I'm back at dance now and getting back to a routine and so is Brayden. Dance is crazy trying to get ready for recital June 5 and 6. Mrs. Sellars is doing much better and seems to be improving every day!

Brayden is starting to smile a little when we talk to him. I love his smile, it just brightens my day. This past Friday he weighed 10lbs. I couldn't believe it! He has gotten so big already, but bless his heart he's just going to be short. He's only getting up once a night now, which isn't so bad, but I can't wait till he sleeps all night long! :) Brayden has started laughing in his alot and is soo funny to watch him.

Yesterday morning he was sitting in the recliner and I walked in his room to get him an outfit. Well, when I walked back in the living room he was just a laughing and smiling like crazy. It was SOO SWEET! The TV is begining to get his attention now also..He loves the bright colors.

I've decided that cleaning the house is very hard to do! My house stays completely out of order now...and it drives me crazy. I pick up something in the floor...5 minutes later something else is in the floor. We now run out clothes to wear because I just can't seem to find the time to wash. Brayden is also very scared of the noise of the washing maching and dryer. I need a maid very badly to clean my house while Brayden and I are out of the house! I don' see that happening anytime soon though.

Overall I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a mommy to Brayden Pierce! I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world. I'm soo lucky to have such a wonderful baby!

He's Here!

I know that it's been a while since I've posted anything. I've been a litte busy getting everything ready for Brayden's arrival. We went to the hospital Sunday April 5 and started cervadil. That Monday morning the cervadil had no affect on me what so ever. So they started the pitocin drip which worked somewhat and very fast. I got my epideral at 4cm. and didn't go anywhere from there. Dr. Butler decided to do a c-section, and of course I was very upset and scared. My family all calmed me down and let me know that everything was going to be okay. So on April 6, 2009 at 7:43pm little Brayden Pierce Tisdale entered the world at 6lbs 12oz. 18.5in.long. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I wouldn't trade motherhood for anything. I don't think I've ever seen a cuter, sweetier baby then him! He sleeps most the night, doesn't fuss alot (only when he's hungry), and overall is such a Good baby! Tad and I are very blessed to have such a healthy baby. Brayden is the first great-grandchild on my mothers side which is neat because I am the first grandchild on my mothers side. Brayden is only 2wks and 3dys old and is already spoiled rotten. He hates to sleep by himself, he thinks that he must be held or in the bed next to Tad and me.

My 1st Baby Shower!

I had my first baby shower this past weekend and it was so much fun! My friends Tiffany Wiggins, Nina Williams, Brandi Gatlin, and Lindsey Hutto were the Hostesses. They had it at the DRS School of Dance which is where Tiffany and I work at. All of us have taken dance except for Nina, but she has attended our recitals for many years. Mrs. Sellars the owner of the studio was put in the hospital a week ago, and I'm praying that she is going to be okay. I got lots of great gifts at the baby shower, now I just have nowhere to put it. I'm sure that I will be able to do something with all the gifts. I actually have another next Sunday afternoon at the Chamber of Commerce and Tad's aunts are hosting it for me. I'm getting super excited about Brayden's arrival and just can't wait to see him. I also went to the doctor yesterday and my doctor put me on bed rest. It's only been one day and I absolutley hate it! I go back next Tuesday so maybe my swellling will be alot better and I won't have to be on bed rest. I still get to go to school and dance though....I'm just not able to do anything else except lay around. Normally, I would love that but I guess when your made too..its just not that fun.
