Where does the time go?

Well its been a little while since my last post and alot has gone on since then. Mother, Brayden and I had a great trip to Savannah! It was so pretty there and I can't wait to take Tad and my daddy..They would love it :) Brayden enjoyed being pushed around all day and not having to walk.(haha) It was HOTT there and we walked everywhere!! We had trolley passes for Friday and Saturday but we only used it 3 times. We saw where the bench was that Forest Gump sat on when the feather landed on his shoe. It was really neat! They had alot of ghosts tours and things but we didn't do those because of Brayden. For some reason when we go on a vacation we think that we have to have ice cream everyday...and we did..and I gained 3 lbs. At least I lost it right after we got home. :) We pretty much wore Brayden out everyday!!! On Friday, we ate at Paula Deen's "The Lady and Sons" for lunch, and it was FANTASTIC!

Brayden and his Izzy waiting for our name to be called out at Paula Deen's.

My sweet little man was passed out after lunch at Paula Deen's and a little shopping

This was the view from the balcony of our room...very pretty!
Mommy and Brayden right after we arrived in Savannah!

My little boy is growing up soo fast and I don't like it at all. He can say: Mommy, Daddy, Dog, Ball, Oki, Bathtub, Yummy, Papa, PawPaw, Kitty-Kitty, No, Stop, Baby, Boc Boc(chicken),booboo, beep beep, Hey, Eyes, Thank you, and ByeBye. Brayden also has 15 teeth and boy are they SHARP! We went to the doctor this past week for his 15 month check-up and we was 21lbs and 31 in. long...I can't believe it! I wish he was still my 6lb 12oz baby all the time. His personality has started showing big time lately through he temper tantroms. I say he acts like his daddy and his daddy says he acts like me..(haha) He is still in 12 month clothes but I do put 18mon. clothes on him and most of the time they swallow him. His shorts especially fall off of him, but even most of his 12 mon. shorts fall off too. He loves his Eli and thinks that he is just as big as Eli too. If Eli is around then you'll know where to most likely find Brayden! The age difference between Eli and Brayden is only a little more than the age difference between Eli and me. So, I'm sure they will be close just like Eli and I are.

This was Brayden's first road trip...when Tad Brayden and I went to Louisianna

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this picture of my baby boy..He looks so sweet

Brayden LOVES spagetti..can't you tell...haha

Brayden getting ready to eat supper in LA.

Tad seems to be enjoying his new job, we are just adjusting to him being away every other week. He actually gone right now and will be home sometime Tuesday! I will have Sam's kids on Tuesday because Sam and Wayne are gone on a trip by themselves for a couple of days. I hope they enjoy their time away together. Okay, I have to share this...Brayden is standing in front of me right now with his crocs in the floor trying his very hardest to put them on..His pinky toe keeps getting caught on the outside of the shoe..It's soo funny and sweet.

I hope everyone has a Great week!!

A Little Bit of Everything

Well last week Tad, Brayden and I went to Louisianna because Tad had an interview. (Which went very well) On our way home Thursday, we decided to stop in Byram, MS and stay the night with my Aunt Chan and little cousin Tucker. We had a great time visiting with them for a little while. This was my first trip to Louisianna and of course it was Brayden's there and MS. The ride was long especially with a 14 month old. Brayden actually did very well and only cried when he was hungry or sleepy. We stopped every couple of hours to let him get out and walk around so that he could stretch out. :)Overall it was a great trip and I loved getting away with my boys!
We didn't do anything special for Father's Day just spent some time together. I love my daddy and everything that he does for me and my family. I can always count on him to be there for me if I need him. I'm very lucky to have such a great daddy that loves me and spends time with me. Brayden loves his Papa T very much too and loves playing and riding the golf cart with him. Brayden and I are so lucky to have Papa T in our life and love him very much.
On Monday afternoon Tad gets a phone call that he needs to be in Louisanna on Wednesday morning because he has a safety meeting at 5:30. So, he left yesterday heading out there, and he is at work right now. I won't know anything about his new job until tonight when he gets off at 6. I'm so happy for him and glad that he got this opportunity. He is working on land rigs now for Precision Drilling and works 7days/home 7days. This will give our family many more opportunites to be able to do things and save a little money for a rainy day!
Mother, Brayden and I are leaving tomorrow morning heading to Savannah, Georgia until Sunday. I am SUPER excited since I have never been and also excited about spending some time with my little boy and his Izzy.

I hope everyone has a blessed Wednesday!:)

Dance Recital is OVER!

Last week was Dance Recital week and I was a busy bee! I ended up having to play records for the recital and boy was I a nervous wreck. Last year Cari Morgan and I did them together and it wasn't so bad, but I didn't have any help this year just because everyone had specific jobs and were busy themselves. Everything turned out fine and once we got through the ballet dances I wasn't as nervous. Mrs. Sellars told Carrie, Whitney and Kelly that I have "relented" to come back next year. So, I will be there! I don't know that I was really ready to give it up yet so everything always works itself out. I actually cannot wait to see what next season has in store for us! It will be different next year because Tamberli will not be coming back to teach, so Carrie and I will have to handle it without her. We will sure miss her. The Recital was very short and it surprised a lot of people I think. I have had quite a few comments that people enjoyed this year alot better than some in the past. That makes me wonder if they really liked our show or the fact that it was so short. :)haha Personally I think it was great and all of the students knew their dances very well. Oki Grace also did a fantastic job with her dances and being Brooke's presenter. Maybe oneday Oki will be just as good as her big cousin Kayla! :)

I did miss Brayden very much last week, and I'm enjoying the rest of the summer with him! I do plan on working a little bit the summer. I have lots of things that need to be done at the studio, and plus all of the my schoolwork for my Biology class that I have on Thursday's.

I have recently been able to tell a little bit that I'm losing some weight/inches. I wasn't able to go to Zumba last week because of dance, and this week we have VBS at night so I'm not able to go this week either. Next week I will most definetly be there though!

My mother, Brayden and I leave the 24th for a vacation to Savannah Georgia for a couple of days. I'm super excited and can't wait to get away for a little bit. I will miss Tad and Papa T since they are not getting to go. I love spending time with my family and can't wait for our annual beach trip in July with everyone! I just wish that my mother and Aunt Gail didn't have to work while we are down there. Well, I better start studying for a test tomorrow since Brayden is napping. Hope everyone has a blessed week and weekend!

Getting Into Shape.

Oki and Brayden at Max's game.

Brayden at church Easter morning

Mommy, Brayden and Daddy on Easter morning...

I officially started my diet 2 weeks ago, and have been working really hard it. I've started going to Zumba classes 2 days a week and I LOVE IT :). It gives me some "MommY TimE" and some time to laugh at myself and my friends. It's soo much fun and I do stand in the back so that noone can see me mess up.(haha) I try not to weigh myself so that I don't get myself upset incase I haven't lost any weight. This baby weight is just driving me crazy and I want it OFF! I have all these cute clothes in my closet at my momma and daddys house that I want to wear soo bad but can't right now. Hopefully doing zumba twice a week and taking a weight training class at LBW will help me out. I sure hope so!!

Dance Recital is getting closer and it seems like nothing is getting done. We did get the rest of our costumes in today...PRAISE THE LORD! I have been praying every night that they would come in on time, and they did :). Most of the dances are finished except for 3 and 2 of which we haven't even started on. It will all come together just like it always does. I'm just ready for it to be over with..I need a break from it.

I have loved spending more time with Brayden and teaching him new things. He screams MOMMA MOMMA to everyone until someone pays him some attention. Its actually really funny. I will ask him if he's ready for a bath and he runs to his bathroom door beating on it...He loves his bathtime. Tad is off on Friday's now and so we get to spend more time with him and get to play with daddy more now. Brayden and Tad are funny to watch because they are so much alike its crazy. They both have the same little temper it just makes me laugh.

Here are a few pictures from Brayden's BirthdayParty...

Well its getting about my bedtime and I'm sure brayden will be waking up soon for me to get him out of his crib to get in the bed with us...You just have to love that little boy.

School School and more School

Well for the past 2 weeks I feel like all I have done is work on school stuff, and in the past 2 weeks I feel like I have accomplished NOTHING! This is why I am always so stressed out and have all these horrible headaches that will just NOT go away. Dance probably plays a role in this also. I'm in the process of scheduling dates for pictures, and none of my dates are matching with the dates of the costume arrivals. I really wish Mrs. S- would have let me order the costumes because I would have done it over Christmas and I wouldn't be so stressed about if their going to be here in time. DRS Parents all of the costume confirmations say that they will be here in time, so don't stress! :) I will do all the stressing for the both of us. Anyway, My professors are just piling all this stuff on us at the end of the semester. I'm giving a presentation of Rastafarianism today for my World Religions class, and I 'm very nervous about getting in front of the class to speak. Doing something in high school like this was a piece of cake because I knew the people I was standing in front of, and could crack up during it. This class I know NOBODY and I talk to nobody and I'm getting even more nervous now... Maybe my voice won't crack to bad while I'm talking.
Brayden went for his 1year check up yesterday. He weighed 20lbs and was 28 in. long. He is a healthy little boy and is starting to get one of his molars in, which explains some of his illness that he has been having. I started him on whole milk and will drink some of it, but only in a bottle. He refuses to drink it out of his cup. So this is going to be a working progress! This past Friday we had his 1year pictures done and I cannot wait to see them. He did soooo good! I still can't believe that he is a year old..he will be 5 before I know it!
Mother and I are going to PCB shopping by ourselves on Friday! Its going to be a mother - daughter day! I'm am SOOO excited:) Tomorrow is the last day of tax season and I don't think I have ever been more happy see April 15 than I am right now. Brayden and I have missed Izzy entirely way to much this tax season.
Well I'm going to destress myself before I have to go give my presentation in a little while! I hope everyone has a great rest of the week and weekend!

I LOVE Spring!

Brayden turned 1 yesterday! To everyone's surprise I DID NOT cry! I still can't get it through my that he has to grow up. We had a small little party last night for him, but his actually party is April 17! He loved getting his cupcake all over himself last night and he also thought that he was something since no one helped him eat it. He has been walking alot more the past couple of days, so I'm thinking that the crawling around days are over :(. That just makes me even more sad. Anyway, Here are the pictures that I promised you on Monday! I hope everyone has a blessed rest of the week and weekend.

We're Still Here!!!

All I can say is Sorry!!! We are still alive I promise :). We currently do not have internet at our house because we were spending way to much time on the computer and not paying enough attention to Brayden like we should have! So, we have learned to live without the internet, but Tad says we need to get it hooked back up. I do plan too in about a month before Summer Semester starts just because I plan on taking a online class hopefully! But let me just give you the 411 whats been going on in our lives!

I started Troy in Dothan and I absolutley LOVE it! I really enjoy my classes and my professors alot. I have to admit I do have more work than I did at LBW. Monday isn't bad normally, now Wednesday's are usually very rushed! My last class gets out at 1:30, then I drive home which is about an hour and 10 minutes normally, go get Presley and Oki Grace from Kids World and then head to dance. On top of feeling very rushed I drop Brayden off at his granny's on Wednesday's about 7:45-8:00..and I don't get to see his until 6:45 that night when I get out of dance, and if he goes to church its normally around 8:45! So I really miss him alot on Wednesday's, but I'm getting more used to it now. This summer I plan on going back to LBW for a few basics that I need and to work on my 11 electives I need to graduate :).

The beginning of February Tad, Brayden and I became members of Ino Baptist Church! We really enjoy it and all of our church family. Brayden has a had time sometimes when we leave him in the nursery on Sunday mornings or Sunday nights. On his behalf, Brayden is not used to other people watching him because he doesn't go to daycare or anything like that. I do think he is getting a little better though! He is moving out of the nursery next Sunday into Aunt Sam's Sunday School class so that will definitely help!

Dance is coming along... Recital is getting closer and closer and there is so much that needs to be done, Like finishing some Dances!! It is really starting to stress me out and I need a much needed break from it. I love Mrs. S- but I think if she would let me take care of everything that I wouldn't be soo stressed out. I know that sounds weird but I really don't think I would be as stressed as I am about it. I have to admit I do like most of the costumes this year! I can't wait to see Oki Grace out there dancing...I just wish I was able to watch it with the audience. So don't forget June 4 and 5 is our recital! We are working really hard on it and the students are working VERY hard this year!:)

Brayden had a great Easter yesterday! His basket was filled with lots of goodies, and he was so excited to see what he got. We had a very busy day too..Church, Lunch with my family, and then supper with Tad's family. At Aunt Gail's house Brayden got chocolate all over him and the front porch. Then he found a sucker in his Easter basket and pitched a fit to eat it...so of course we let him have it, and he thought he was grown getting to eat that sucker by himself. He ended up having to wear one of Trevor's shirts home.

Tomorrow April 6 Brayden Pierce Tisdale will be a year old ALREADY! Can you believe it? It makes me tear up everytime I think about it. My baby is soo big and I want him to be that 6lbs 12oz baby still! I miss being able to hold him while he sleeps on my chest. He still lets me hold him,but he's bigger now and his legs or too long.

I will have to post some pictures later, I'm at school right now inbetween my classes and I don't have my camera with me right now. I will post some pictures soon though....I PROMISE :):)
